2019/2020 Harvest year from our orchards in Ayvalık where we carry out Good Agriculture Practices( GAP). We harvested the fruit in the period that is ripe and mature without being hit manually and produced Cold Press as an early harvest during same the day. Free acidity value in terms of oleic acid; 0,8% Max.

You can use it in all foods cooked and eaten raw. In cooked meals, you can benefit from the nutritional values and sensory properties of our product by adding less at the beginning, and adding more close to cooking and after cooking.
